GUEST SPEAKER:
Frank Wooden is the founder and leader of the church planting organization Plant SoCal for the SoCal Network where he has helped to start over 225 churches around the world. He is co-founder of Simon Cross, a consulting agency, working with nonprofits throughout the United States. Frank has served as an Adjunct Professor at Bethesda University and San Diego Christian College. For 24 years, he was the Lead Pastor of San Diego Hope Church where he led the church to become multisite and multiethnic. Under his leadership, Hope planted seven churches in three years- in San Diego, Orange County, and Hollywood- two of which were in the Spanish language. Frank is married to Desiree and they have three grown sons: Chris, Joshua, and Jordan. He has a Masters of Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego. Frank serves as a chaplain for the San Diego County Office of Emergency Services.
