Obe Arellano is the founder and CEO of Exponential Español. He has two decades of experience planting churches in North America and Latin America. Obe also provides coaching to Latino pastors helping their churches have a healthy leadership culture, vision to multiply, and establish proven systems that help them have greater impact. Obe is passionate about planting new churches and has a vision to catalyze healthy church movements that multiply and leave a legacy of multiplication throughout North, Central and South America. He has been married to his wonder woman, Jacqueline, for 17 years and they currently live in the Chicago area.
